With age, the platysma muscle in your neck can form vertical bands, visible when you clench your jaw. Botox/Dysport/Xeomin can be used here to decrease their prominence and smooth the overall appearance of the neck, giving it a more youthful appearance. Multiple treatments may be required to achieve a desired goal.
